5 stud Hub Conversion HELP!!!

ive a set of adapters for sale on ebay atm to fit bmw wheels on one of these

heres my dilemma i want to go bigger on my wheels at some stage but 18 is sort of the max size thats available on 4 stud and stud adapters from 4 stud to 5 stud are hard to come by for citroen pcd

so i was wondering
is there any difference between the c5/407 or the c8/807 hubs?

were did you get that front splitter from ?
