Hi all,

Not actually bought a Berlingo yet but on the look out for a 1.9d. I use my car mainly for work 50 miles a day nearly all motorway, putting the mtb in and taking the family camping.

I'm looking for something cheap, roomy good on fuel and basic something i can service myself etc and the berlingo multispace seems to tick all the boxes. I used to have a ZX td and always regretted selling it. Decided on the 1.9d but unsure what year does the pre-facelift models have less electronics to go wrong?

As you had a ZX td make sure you get a good drive out in a 1.9D, you may well not be prepared for it's somewhat sedate progress. :thumbsup:

Cheers for the advice :-) I have had some proper slow cars though so it should be o.k for what I need but will make sure I drive it.
