Leaking Window Fix
#1
Hi Everyone,
Recently I asked if anyone had any ideas for a fix to my 2010 XTR Passenger Side quarter fixed window leak well I think I have fixed it so thought I would share the fix for anyone who may get the same at some point I have used a combination of the Captain Tolley's creeping window sealant that I purchaed from Amazon and also by taking the cover off the mirror cover inside of the door which covers the electric mirror cable connector etc and removing the top torx screw from the top of the mirror housing and placing 2 small washers over the screw and replacing it I believe it has pulled the top of the mirror onto the rubber slightly and with the sealant cured the problem I also have a hunch that this mirror has been folded in by the previous owner and the mirror has pulled slightly away with movement I hope this is all clear and it may help another member in the future

Regards
