I have a dw8 berlingo and the bottom pulley (grooved) fell off my van.the 4 bolts have sheered off,does anyone know what the model number (citroen number) of this component is. Its attached to the bottom driver side engine.non air con van in case you wondered. The item i need has a big bolt in the centre with 4 bolt holes.if anyone can help could they email me or text me on 07863 249096

You are in deep doo-doo, luvvy. That's the crank pulley.
Exactly what part number is required, will be determined by your VIN.
It's absolutely ESSENTIAL that you remove the sheared bolts carefully, without damage to the threads - else you'll be mucking about with a replacement crank sprocket for the timing belt - and by extension, new timing kit and water pump. Very, very carefully, drill out the bolts with a left hand drill bit - work up in sizes. Eventually, the heat of drilling and your Plus-Gas spraying will result in the "shell" of each bolt spinning out with the reverse drill bit.
Hi this crankshaft sprocket runs the ps pump and alternator,dont think thats part of the cambelt system,never the less,how much is a new sprocket cover? Thanks
