Remove Center Storage Box

Dose anyone happen to know how to remove the mount point for the front centre storage box, as I have dropped my door key and its managed to fall threw into the little hole beside the handbrake and I cant get it out without removing the base for the storage box.

I know its three bolts but I cant seem to remove the front bolt is it a special one?

I used a socket to get it off and back on - don't ask me what size was lucky.
