Thanks Ron have check the wiring and there does not seem to be any breaks in it , but i took out the plunger/door switch , and there were no wires attached to the two prongs so i'm thinking i'll need to investigate it further but the hole is a tad small :-s

Bit of a zombie thread but same in mine- interior lights stay on, warning light on when all doors shut and no wires connected to switches! What colours am I looking for to go to the door switches?
