Dashboard Silver Coloured Trim

The previous owner of my 10 reg XTR was a woman and I assume she must have worn a lot of rings or something which have scratched off the silver coloured coating on the interior door handles

The silver is the same as on the dashboard panels

I want to take the scratched panel off and spray it

Does anybody have any recommendations as to what colour silver is the closest match to the original coating?

Might be worth just buying a new bog standard black handle off the van version?
Mines the same on both sides and im thinking of doing that but dont know how to remove the old ones and the cost of a new one?
