13mm spanner and something to push the pistons back, copper grease for the back of the pads and brake cleaner.
My record is is 9m50s both sides including drinking a cuppa.

G clamp is quite effective to push pistons back, take off the reservoir cap before you do and keep an eye on any fluid spilling out of it

Man, I probably spend that much time just swearing...
(There's enough room in my garage to work comfortably on ONE side at a time... Kind of sucks when I need to work on the passenger side of the car... )
Could probably manage that time on my first car, though...
(Citroën GS. Don't need to jack up that one, and the only wheel you remove is the spare)

Open the bleed nipple when pushing the pistons back - avoids issues with ABS afterwards.
