I have an X reg 1.9 multispace, 2 mins after the keys come out of the ignition the car starts beeping the stop light flashes and clocks illuminate, also the fuel gauge go's up and mileage reads 000000.
When I open the door everything go's back to normal for a couple of mins the the same thing happens.
Do I need a young priest and an old priest?

No, but you need a live chicken or possibly a goat, and a sharp knife...
blue body-paint is a plus, but may be replaced with that grey sealant used on the joints in the exhaust system...

The red and yellow wires if swapped to the radio can cause this.
Some radio shops do an adaptor lead if your not a leccy, or like me dont want to hack your wiring.
Or you could just put uo with the stock radio.
No need for a priest.
