2010 ds3 bellone rims / m59
#1
Well after much ado and trawling the forums I have become the proud owner of some 17" ds3 wheels with original tyres, the best part is straight fit on all fronts with 205/45r17 tyres no major scrubs.. Will do a set of 5mm spacers in the back to stop the inner guards getting destroyed. Next up tyres that are a better aspect (40 ) as the ones are nearly new I can wait a bit...[Image: 2e7a2ere.jpg]
Just feel sorry for the crashed ds3...
Did wonder if engine and gear box would for in too.....

Is it legal to carry the ladders like that?

Don't think there's a rule about overhang in front, unless it somehow reduces visibility.
(And it doesn't overtax the roof rack of course.)

No one complained about me driving around with a kayak on the roof of my car, and it not only poked beyond the front bumper, but because I always have it fastened upside down(so that it doesn't fill with rain water), the bow is a bit lower than that ladder is.

Vic roads says 1 metre front and or rear...990 mm each way... I don't always have the big one on either...think the 17"s will cause more problems...+ 3 inches...
