I`m giving my 2007 Berlingo Van a bit of love this week and would like to swap the Turbo Oil feed pipe when I`m replacing the oil/oilfilter.
As I`m also replacing the Cat heat shield which is loose can someone tell me if the Oil feed pipe is swappable without removing the turbo? I can`t seem to see any comments or guides so appreciate any help.
Many thanks,
Mark

Hi, I removed the filter from this pipe couple of weeks ago the turbo stays in place. I removed the radiator because i was changing the coolant anyway.(rad can stay in place)but is extremely tight when removing the heat shields and catalytic converter or DPF.

As V6BOY said, you can leave the rad in but you have to remove the exhaust from the turbo and let it flex forward to allow access to the oil pipe where it enters the block. This includes removing the heat shield.
