I'm working on the car while it's all jacked up and I was about to remove the passenger seat when I forgot about the wiring connector. Didn't rip it out too much but now the side lights are on, no indicators and I think the engine doesn't want to start due to this (but could be something else) So anyway the bad thing is the carpet is stopping me from tracing where the seat wire goes to. I've already removed the center console and everything looks fine there. Somebody told me there might be earth point near the seat which has now caused all this hassle. Suggestions?
Turns out there is a green/grey HS fuse under the steering wheel that had to be replugged (resets itself) now everything is working. Engine starts, indicators, wipers, lights are not on (unless switched on), so everything is great.
