hi there, i'm trying to find out what a symbol on a citreon berlingo 2.0 hdi van means. its on the attached link.http://i652.photobucket.com/albums/uu250/benjamman/flash.jpg?t=1277813536 ive searched the internet all day and cant find an answer can you help me.

There is a mk 2 manual scanned on here somewhere which should tell you for sure, but it looks like the oil level

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

Had a gander at my Mk 3 manual but alas nothing similar
2010 Berlingo Multispace HDi 110 with FAP.  Persamos green.

This is alongside a series of either small dashes -------- or blocks of similar size at the base of the speedo.
It does indeed indicate the engine oil level.

If it's all dashes - as above - you need more oil !! If it's all blocks you have full oil level

Or you could have an oil indicator that varies so wildly it isn't worth taking any notice of.

I have already got one on mine....


mentioned in previous topics, if I park on a slope or with one side higher than t'other I get the flat dashes showing on the display so must be ridiculously sensitive but not accurate or just plain ridiculous.

As time passes and the joy of ownership gets longer, I tend to take less and less notice of the confounded thing...
