Track control arms aren't part of the wishbone if it's an mot fail?? As for the bottom arm bushes, yes they can, but if it's the cast alloy arm the ball joint isn't replaceable individual so I just replace entire arms as Sod's law says I'd do the bushes and the dust cover would spilt next mot lol
