You really should list which exact model ECU you have as they don't all have the same pin-out...

why do you need a new ecu ??
have you had it tested ??
i have a 1.4 petrol and thought the same ,would not start etc
i may have some answers if you tell me the problem,theres not a lot i dont know about these 1.4 petrol electrics

the problem is that the car its working most of the time on 3 cilindre, sometimes its working ok, but most of the time it is on 3 cilindre. the mec tells me that the components are ok, but he is not sure about the ecu...

So I'm trying to get one to figure it out...

i personally wouldnt go down the ecu route first
have you plugged any diagnostic fault reader in to find any codes
sounds like something is breaking down,if the ecu was faulty the fault would be there all the time
coil pack would be my first call
then check plugs

if you do decide to get a new ecu it isnt a case of plug it in and go,you will have to get your key transponded to the new ecu,this can be very expensive
i bet if it has a misfire it will throw some fault codes when you plug in diagnostic reader
