Should read Lexia of course. Am looking for someone to map out egr if possible.

You can't do that with a Lexia. You need someone to do a proper remap for that.
EGR is rarely troublesome on the 2.0HDi anyway. I'm not sure why one would bother. I've run mine without the EGR and it was worse, not better.
