Perhaps, instead of having egg on your faces you should have checked my vehicles build spec since it was previously supplied and serviced by you.....
According to my experience of owning the vehicle for nearly three years, it does not appear to have been kitted out with aircon when it was built... Ho Hum..

erhaps you can tell them if they can find it they can check it or better still tell them you check it your self by putting the window up or down depending on the outside temp :S
