Roof heater blower fan Modutop - SOLD!!!
#1
Hey I'm selling my roof heater that is located inside the modutop. Made by Magneti Marelli with heating elements by Denso. I never use it so might as well go to somebody who needs a replacement. These are perfect for warming up the car before the engine gets to temperature or if you use the van for camping. If you are interested in the entire modutop tray with the fan then drop me a PM and we can figure something out. It's quiet bulky but light so I should be able to post it.

Price: 30gbp delivered

Having taken my roof blower out today, it doesn't have a heating element Kokain.
It does have a green resistor pack that's visible through the outlets though.
I'm wondering if there were options available for this part, as I like the idea of pre heating the cab? Smile

It may be a slow Blue Slug, but it"s the only slow Blue Slug that I own :S

Oh sorry I didn't know as I never used mine to be honest. I assumed it heats up since in our track cars we use 12v heaters to keep the windows demist and I figured that's pretty much identical setup from Citroen. So you are telling me this just fans around air? I wonder what the partnership between Marelli and Denso was all about to create this hi tech unit.....

On ebay it goes......

It does look the same as mine, but you never know with these French Confusedcratch:

The resistor pack is worth around £15 on its own though, and it is the same resistor pack used in non air conditioned normal blowers, so it may be worth splitting?

I don't see the makers names anywhere on my blower unit either - so you may have a collectors item there
