standard white ones on ebay have been selling for £5000-£5500 inc vat, it is tricky, 7k looks good value compared to a similar caddy, you might just tempt someone looking for a modified caddy.

Now that you lowered it and put some 18" probably less than you think you will get for it. People who want vans will run away from this kind of mods. When I was in 2 minds whether to keep the van or not, as soon as I made the decision thats when I began buying goodies for it and doing heavy ghetto mods.
Just to put it in perspective there is a guy on ebay that end up with a reserve not met on his V6 Berlingo van of around 1900gbp. He advertised it later and kept lowering the price till last I saw it was 1500gbp buy it now. Still nobody has bought it. I bet it's s**t lot of fun to drive.
I would say 4000 is what people will pay but I do hope you get your asking price.

4 grand its worth far more than that! a van doesn't have to be used as a van but something like this is a great eye catcher and plenty of folk been at me when i 1st done everything to it to sell it for advertising purposes
i paid a considerable about more than 4 to begin with and like finny says white ones are going for much more than that

I hate to say this but I think modifications on a van don't give it any more value than the value its normally worth without them.
Just my personal thought.
I DO MISS MY BERLINGO

It's a five year old van and worth top side 5500 including vat. As you're selling it vat free - 5k
