Heater blower and central locking

Hi

I am new to the forum and looking for some help...

My 2009 Berlingo 1560cc diesel developed a fault on thursday when the heater blower stopped working (on any speed)
I thought itmay be just a fuse but cant find one anywhere (hand book dosnt list one)

I now find problem may be a bit more complicated (and expensive!) The central locking is not working. The lights flash but the doors do not lock/ If i press the internal switch I hear a click but the doors dont lock

Any suggestions to save an expensive repair bill ( my garage charges £50 just to connect the diagnostics)

Handbook suggests other fuses should be done by a dealer :brickwall:

Is the display telling you a door or boot is open? What happens when you lock the drivers and the passenger doors? I had a tempremental drivers door that would lock that door, but not fire the central locking and at other times not show as closed so stop the cental locking

There's a seriously hidden green relay for the blower fan. It's on the passenger side, remove the glovebox lining and under dash padding and find it with your torch near the centre console (to right of BSI). Replace with crimped/soldered 8mm power terminals and matching 40A relay - the OEM quarter inch spades are inadequate.
