Elecronic issues hindering ignition

I have an intermittent fault with my 2006 2.0 multispace berlingo and i don't know how to sort it- remote control locking system in the key fails to work, then when I manually unlock the car, and insert the key on two clicks (the third normally starting the engine) the dash doesn't light up, only the windows work, and the fog lights come on. When I try to fire up the engine, it turns over fine but doesn't start. Then, ten minutes or 1 hour or 1 day later, it just starts fine and there's no sign of the problem...

I've had the unit in the steering wheel replaced that contains the airbag , horn, and imobilizer replaced, and it still hasn't sorted the problem...

No idea where to go from here. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

something else perhaps worth nothing is that often when it jumps to life it always starts up in Eco mode

Have you tried a BSI reset?
