Photos how to upload

can anyone tell me how to upload pics to a post as I just get Erfolg! when I try to do it via tiny pic

Just click on the "Tiny2pic" hot link at the bottom of the posting area and a dialog will open that allows you to select the picture to upload. Are you using German language software?? Erfolg means success.

Looks nice Yea am useing the German is there a way to change it to English however I think I may have managed it finally
