0.2 and 0.4mm I believe it is.
(But don't ask me what's for the inlet and exhaust valves. Don't have my Haynes book close by)

Sure, just wait 3hours for me to get home. Got one in my garage and one in my livingroom...

There's not that many types of this engine.
The 1.4i (1360cc ) is known as a TU3JP, and also KFK/KFW(Not a clue as to what the difference between the last two are)
It's an oldie, but goldie, and has been used for anything from small compacts to international Rallying...
Some of the oldest ones fitted to the Berlingo doesn't have the coilpack sitting over the spark plugs, but instead has normal leads and a black lump sitting beside the rocker cover.
Then it's also fair to assume that it uses Weber injectors instead of the Bosch ones found on later models. (This is the only case where the top is different at all. The holes for the injectors are different diameters.)
It may have a few different ECUs, and the wiring loom for one is not compatible with another.
The only major change, though, happened when they went to the Mk. II Berlingo. The engine got an automatic tensioner for the cambelt (requires a different length belt and different water pump, also)
At the same time, the oil pump was redesigned, so that it could in theory be removed without pulling the engine.
Strangely, the injectors doesn't go into the cylinders, but instead end up in the inlet manifolds.
(I asume they did it this way to avoid completely redesigning the top when they went from carburetted to injected)

so this one, is which type? its a 1999, see pic

0.20 is your inlet. 0.40 exhaust. Re engine type -have a look at your vin no. Should see it as part of this.

Looks like a standard TU3JP, with coilpack.
(As I said, there's just one model. What the KFK and KFW variations are, who knows?)
I think there should have been a protective edge on top of the radiator, so you may have a non-original.
A bonus on your engine is that the connector for the 'breather tube' on the air filter housing looks OK(they tend to break off... Glued mine back with a whole 3gram tube of superglue... )
A spot of rust on the rocker cover, and the Citroën logo is missing...
I think you have a single fuel line, which means the pressure regulator is in the pump(in the fuel tank), not at the end of the high-pressure reservoir.
Can't tell if you have the later model reservoir with a Shrader valve at the end(if it has, it's a small bonus)
Looks pretty clean. Either it's a very tight engine or it has been recently cleaned.
The belt for the servo pump looks a bit too 'shiny' to me.
(May be brand new, polluted with oil, or just my imagination)
