Lexia 3 v47 & diagbox

Hi all,
has anyone installed a lexia 3 & diagbox on to there xp computer.
I have both ready to install but can not get them to activate.
The how to install guide is a youtube type of video with no sound or written instructions which is making things difficult.
Any help or written instructions would be much appreciated

Also do i install the lexia or diagbox first
