Thanks for the advice. Can't find the confidential code in the documentation although I've found an online service that claim to be able to supply a programmed key if I provide the reg and vin. Anyway, just returned from a few days in the Berlingo and love it (went around 550 miles). A couple of niggles, the main one being a vibrating sound from the back when I pull away and in low revs. I don't remember it on the test drive but I've booked it for a full service on Monday so hopefully the garage be able to find the cause.
