I like you Solent run on Avons.Never had any adhesion problems in the wet ,and they are a good price too.

I think they are for putting your peage (toll) tickets safe when on the French autoroutes. If you lose them, they charge you the earth when you leave the autoroute. It is a French car, after all.

Often wondered this myself.  The one on the left fits credit cards (although I wouldn't dream of leaving mine there) and the other one might be some kind of document clip. These are just my guesses -...
