The number 1 pressure values seem high at 115 % ( ??? ) Could be a sticky injector. Possibly a bottle of diesel injector cleaner will help .

Is there not a oil level indicator which fits in the sump. Gives a estimate of the oil level when ignition is switched on. Could be that or the gasket which is leaking ?

Never tried to syphon out of tank but would think its possibly/easier through the fuel lines at the filter. Disconnect the fuel line to the filter add your own bit of pipe. There should be a handpum...
