I dont know if your system has to run for a few miles for it to reset , some systems do
They work off the ABS and works out if the the wheel revolutions on one wheel are more than the rest .

The EGR and the air flow sensor are related .
Sometimes by disconnecting the air flow sensor it cures problems like yours. It sits in the air intake pipe.
Just unplug it and see if it makes any diff... |

The number 1 pressure values seem high at 115 % ( ??? ) Could be a sticky injector.
Possibly a bottle of diesel injector cleaner will help . |

Is there not a oil level indicator which fits in the sump. Gives a estimate of the oil level when ignition is switched on.
Could be that or the gasket which is leaking ? |

I don't do petrol engines , diesel I prefer.
But I think you'll find the crankshaft position sensor is located into the clutch bell housing, there should not be oil... |

Never tried to syphon out of tank but would think its possibly/easier through the fuel lines at the filter. Disconnect the fuel line to the filter add your own bit of pipe. There should be a handpum... |
