Multi Function Display
#17
i have upgraded the display in my 07 berlingo, i got a display from a 307 but when fitted to the berlingo the inside of the buttons is visible so i got the display from a c5, a 2 line one and took the front surround from it and put on the 307 display and it looks perfect, i didn't use a c5 display because it is green, i used a lexia to tell it that it had a trip computer and a type b display and all that works fine, the button on the wiper stalk just needed the button from another stalk with a push button, it already had the little copper contact switch, you can prise out the end of the stalk with a small flat screw driver, if your existing stalk hasn't got a push button on the end you will need to remove a small piece of plastic that will stop the push button from going down

the temperature sensor needs to be turned on with lexia also, the cable going into the right front door has 2 wires that are for the temperature sensor but the door loom dosen't have the cables so i needed to connect them into the door, i ran the cable up to the mirror and connected a sensor and it worked, its not accurate, the first sensor i got from a c5 was giving 83c and another from a s class is about 8c lower than it really is i just haven't got round to getting another,
