The recon one you know what your getting with a warranty  one from a scrappy you don't know how long it will last i thought £300 was a fair price .

I didn't even think about getting a scrap axle,could just as bad as my old one,I thought 300 was a fair price for a recon ,

So, what's your idea of a price that isn't crazy? A brand new one, sourced from a dealer, is likely to be 3 times that. As posted above, if you get one from a scrapper it is likely to be no better than the one you're wanting to replace.
Not the owner, just the bloke who looks after it.

ALL the owner does is drive it and put fuel in. Rolleyes
