Afternoon all!
I'm Dan and soon enough I shall have a Berlingo. Just had a quick butch through common faults/things to look out for when buying one. So if you have any suggestions it would be appreciated.
No doubt you will hear from me again as I will be firing questions in my hunt for a decent van.
Thanks for your time!

Full service history is a good start, and if the cam belts been changed, look at back wheels see if they are straight,if leaning in at the top, could mean new axle neede,,check all electrics work, make sure blower works on all speeds, check inside floor for damp,or wet, could be heater matrix leaking,

Brilliant tips thanks! Looking to get 2012-13 1.6hdi 90ps if cheap enough or I'll get the lowered powered one and get it mapped a bit higher. Is that something you recommend?

Unless you are looking for a very high mileage version of what you are after there are very few problems and no common ones really - rear axles can wear on high mileage ones.
As said ^ service history but also look at the overall condition if the bodywork and interior have been looked after its a good indication it will have been cared for mechanically.
Remember dealer vehicles will cost more but will come with a decent warranty.
