I have a 2005 2.0 HDI Berlingo. The radio stopped working so I assumed it was the fuse. I turned the two white clips to drop the BSI unit and sure enough the 20A fuse had blown.
I secured the BSI unit back in place with the white clips and now the car is dead.
WHAT WORKS:
I have checked every fuse on the car visually including those in the BSI, the engine bay and the bigger 50A/70A ones underneath in the engine bay. All look intact.
Feel I must have disturbed something in the wiring connected to the BSI but god knows what? I've removed all plugs and checked for broken/loose wires but cannot see anything wrong.
Car is dead in the water so any advice appreciated.

WHAT WORKS:
- Electric windows both sides
- All three 12V sockets (I have the modutop compartments)
- Cigarette lighter
- Central locking works when key is put in the driver's door
- Radio (now the new fuse is in)
- Electric wing mirror on passenger side
- All interior lights
- When I turn on the ignition everything lights up on the dash
- When I try to start the starter turns strong but nothing more
- The red hazard button will activate the indicator lights on the dash
- It won't start
- None of the lights (headlights/indicator/tail/brake) function
- The front and back wipers will not work
- Horn doesn't work
- Blowers don't work (though can't remember if they will work just off the ignition?)
- Key fob doesn't function at all
