i had a world of problems getting diagbox to work, so i ended up just loading Lexia3, plugged it in & i can now talk to my ECU
it had a permanent O2 sensor error & an intermittent injector error - got those sorted out & now no errors show
still doesn't fire up though, mind you i can no longer hear the fuel pump running - checked the fuel pump relay using the Lexia office,, checked the red button,,,, hopefully this will be the last thing to sort
now to check the wiring diagrams & fault find the fuel pump
i'll update again when i get that sorted
so, my problems came down to this
fuel pump relay - i opened it and it was corroded throughout (replaced)
fuel pump - someone had wired it permanently(no doubt due to the relay problem), it died (replaced)
problem solved
