Recently when I have locked the car the passenger slide door on the drivers side doesn't always lock but the rest of the doors and boot all do (luckily I pull a handle before I walk away) anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

Off the top of my head I'd suspect an intermittent electrical connection to the lock, something partially blocking the mechanism or maybe corrosion preventing it from operating at times. Reasonable things to check out since it involves just one door.
