ENGINE 1.6HDI rebuild got screwed with garage - sajed555 - 23-03-2017

so the engine is up and running instead of having an engine problem i had a theft problem i bought a 2nd hand engine got 2 brand new air condition system with it, had it left at 1 garage which bill me  around (2500 pound sterling)
 
Component stolen:
 
- Battery still under warranty and battery support 
- Common rail sensor
- mud guard right driver side
- wipes water tank
- 2 air condition system
- New timing belt
- Old engine block
- Air condition pipe system removed
- Engine oil pan removed
- Turbo gate valve
- exhaust cover
- Turbo cover
- Rubber OEM pipes replace by water pipe
- Oil seals
- Broken rubber support back engine
-3 oil ring set
- Engine sensors
- Water pump 
- Pulleys
- Tensions
- Screws missing from original fixing parts
- Air condition belt

from 30/09/16 to 12/03/17 it was on repair :3 , now i got it and sometime lost all interest in that vehicle,

i wish to know if belingo 1.6HDI are so bad what they claim?
