Adding heated seats to a k9 - Daddypig - 24-04-2024 I have a k9 (combo) Has anyone swapped their seats for heated seats I see the switch is built into the seat, anyone know if the loom has the heated seat loom all ready? I don’t want to bodge stuff, ideally just a swap of the seats Thanks RE: Adding heated seats to a k9 - Neb - 24-04-2024 I'm planning to install the elements under a good close fitting seat cover (fake leather/alcantara) and wire into the back of the 12v socket that I don't currently use. I'll probably put the switch on the side of the seat on the plastic trim, there's a little square mark where I assume the factory heater controls are installed. I would expect wire terminal there - and free connector for heated seat power supply, if lucky. Maybe someone with OE heated seats could provide reference picture? K9 wiring diagrams are not that easily available, unfortunately. |
