Immobiliser

Just changed insurance companies and had my policy docs through. On close inspection (read it, check it, contact them if anything appears incorrect...) they have put that it has no immobiliser fitted.illyme:
It definately has, and I was under the impression it was a 'Factory Fitted Thatcham Approved 2'.
Before I phone and complain, I would like to get my facts right.tudy:

Told them it's a Thatcham approved cat 2.

The insurance form normally asks if immobiliser fitted? & then offer 'factory fitted' as first option. If you have not fitted anything extra, this is the option you should tick.

Correct.
But now they say it hasn't?
The AA (my previous insurance company; not those who arrange my weekly meetings....) quote a 'FF Thatcham 2' and that is what I have told my current insurers.
Followed the previous link I found, and think that is what it is referring to?
