Hello, I've just bought a Citroen Berlingo, it's a 2015 model. So far so good, however I can't seem to connect my phone to anything. On the dashboard screen the USB, Bluetooth and AUX icons are all blacked out. Is there a simple fix to activate these? I've tried connecting my phone via USB, the phone charges but nothing else happens. Any help would be great. Thanks.
Also could anyone tell me where the AUX would be located?

Hi there.
They don't all have Bluetooth. The USB doesn't allow a phone to connect, only a USB stick with MP3 files on it. That socket will charge the phone but at a very low rate. Not meant for that function.
If your phone doesn't find the van by scanning for Bluetooth devices, and your stereo doesn't let you go into the Bluetooth menu, then you don't have it.
If that's the case, there is no simple fix, as the hardware is missing (Bluetooth is a separate module, not Integrated into the stereo but controlled by it, if it is fitted) and if you did fit it, then needs coded to the vehicle by Citroen diagnostic software called Diagbox.
To add photos, use the black "New Reply" button at the bottom right. Then there are options to select and attach pictures. Max 5 per post. Remember to use "Add Attachment" for each picture.

Thanks for the quick reply. It appears as though I can't connect my music then. I'm guessing the only easy solution is to buy a Bluetooth FM transmitter then and play it from the radio. Unless anyone else has a better simple solution?

There are a number of aftermarket bluetooth units around, the most common (it seems from discussion on this forum) is the Connects2 unit. I had one for 3 years in a 2010 B9 Berlingo and it worked reliably

Any FM one will do, which plugs into the power socket and transmits to the radio.
Connects2 is a brand, making a huge range of interfaces for different vehicles and functions.
The Connects2 one Matt is referring to, has a square white plug which slots onto the Fakra connector plug on the back of your stereo, and acts like a cd changer module (correct Matt?) So you'd be looking for a Connects2 Berlingo Bluetooth adaptor for the factory Clarion head unit. Good kit, but not cheap.
Btw, the AUX socket is the little silver one at the top RHS of your touch screen unit, shown in the picture you posted.
The second pic shows your interior ultrasonic alarm sensors are turned off.

Yes Zion, that's how the Connect2 connects.
I think its worth clarifying though that units like this are hidden away behind the head unit, and allow you connect directly to the head unit to stream music or take calls on your phone, A condenser mic is included which can be positioned in/below the over-screen storage which is close to where the factory fitted mic is. Its as close to 'factory-fitted bluetooth' as I think you will get.
The FM re-broadcast type of bluetooth adaptors require you change to a specific FM channel when you hear your phone ring.
