[Steering & Suspension] Axle/trailing arm mountings

Hi all due to Mot failure I have to replace both axle/trailing arm mountings. Just wondering how hard this is to do and any tips on doing it. any help much appreciated. I will post a picture of the mountings. Vehicle is a 2001 Berlingo multispace 1.9D

You may ( Definitely) need access to an air impact wrench for those bolts.......
