Roof weight limit?

I'm thinking of getting a roof box and making use of the fitted roof bars. 

Looking at the Halfords guide it suggests each roof will have a weight limit. 

Anyone know if the Berlingo has one? 

Further to that can anyone recommend a box and fittings? (or alternatively warn me off due to higher fuel consumption or other issues!)

My B9 with a Modutop has a limit of 70kg.I believe the solid roof model limits are higher?
