quick update, put the original berlingo engine loom back on. speedo and temp both now work as well as original glow plug relay. works spot on now cant fault it. need to sort out a fmic now. either make up an adapter for the original inlet or swap the inlet. got a corsa 1.9cdti intercooler to fit on as its the exact right angle just gotta sort pipes out for it and link it all up

Quick update. Bought a front mount intercooler kit with a selection of pipes and hoses off ebay. A 14" slimline rad fan. Xantia manifold non egr. Putting the intercooler on this weekend hopefully and will adjust the boost up a bit and see how she goes... planning on a red oxide paint finish also but that it tbc
