Citroen Recalls - Keep up to date
#1
I received this helpful email yesterday; i'll paste it as sent as it summarised it nicely.

Quote:Citroën are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new and free service for customers, which allows you to view the outstanding recalls on your vehicle.

Once you have registered with http://www.citroenrecalls.co.uk it will allow Citroën to contact you, the customer directly and on a quarterly basis notify you where relevant on any outstanding recalls.

The key features and benefits of the website are as follows:

• Allows customers to register their vehicles and search for any known recalls

• Website registration is free

• Registration is valid for one year and customers will be reminded to renew their registration after this period

• One off searches are possible for customers not wishing to register

Checked it out for myself, seems to have only launched 1st May. Good to see a useful, free service for us all from Citroen.

Like the idea, just wish it allowed owners to see / submit problems / warranty repairs encountered in order to allow Citroen to log and display any common faults occurring.
