30/05 2019 36%
02/06/2019 53%

Then later on today, I took the car out for a spin with Diagbox running and when the filter load reached 85%, it regenerated, and now the load is at 1%

Thanks for the information and I will physically check the eloys bag over the next few days to see if it is empty or leaking.
It was changed at 81000 miles because it was leaking, so the current bag has done about 31000 miles
Do you know if the sensor for the injection of eloys is activated by the filler flap or the filler cap?
Thanks
Maybe when you changed the leaking bag last time, the counter was not reset. Then all this makes sense: You still have 70k miles worth of EOLYS in the new bag, but the system counts that your original bag has done 100k miles and is empty. You just need to reset and the warning goes away, but try to reset to the volume left in the bag (about 2/3 ?). If not then make a mental note that your bag will be empty in the next 70k miles, and you should refill/replace the EOLYS bag at this time because there will be no warning.
Edit: the fuel cap has a pair? of magnets on it, and that is how it triggers the EOLYS system. This can also be your problem...
