Easy money for the government again !!!!!. But what gets me is lorry drivers on dual carriage ways over taking and sitting on the outside lane holding everyone up..

1 out of how many 1,000's of middle lane hoggers? It's a farce when I see them on every motorway trip & they're not Berlingos.

Are they any less entitled to overtake than you?

The driver is at fault not the vehicle.
I'm glad that convictions are being given out for these idiot drivers.

Yeah they are but when they know they don't have the power to over take and just sit their side by side for miles and miles,

If you are travelling at relevant speed limit in the middle lane are you hogging it?

If you're not overtaking, then yes.

You can't undertake as the law says,

Yup no undertaking. I don't think dramatics like tailgating or flashing lights is a good idea either. I usually overtake in lane 3, then once safely clear indicate left and move back in front of them into lane 2, then indicate and stay there indicating left for a few seconds before moving back into lane 1 (where they should be too!) as a gentle hint.
