Hi from Ireland

Hi Folks. Thought i better introduce myself before i start posting!

My names Ryan, i run my own sign making and vehicle graphics business, been on the go for about two years and using my small hatchback as a van (not very practical) so im now in the process of hunting down a mk3 berlingo van.

Looking for a 2009 with 30,000 miles max but we all know how many times our ideas change while buying so by the time i buy it could have changed to a berlingo first!

Hi Ryan, welcome to the site. Those who own a MK3 (on this site anyway) seem more than pleased with their purchase. We have had a couple of MK2's, both serving us more than we needed.

I've been trying to get club stickers designed and printed for this for this forum, it's a difficult task. Currently with yet another designer!

Hello Ryan and welcome. I've got a 2010 mk3 with a whopping 8700km on the clock. So far am well pleased with it. Averaging 5.8l/100km and that is mostly city and country lane driving - very little Autobahn.

Thanks for the warm welcome Wink

Its good to see you are happy with your mk3. The thing swaying me to the mk3 is the third seat even tho from what i can gather i will have to cut at least one leg of the middle passenger to get them in  it will be a rare occasion i will need the third seat but it is good to know it is there as i wont be able to run a van and a car!

If you need a design for some stickers id be glad to help, although i don't want to step on any ones toes either, so if you get stuck again you can let me know!

Are you referring to three seats in the second row or a third tow of seats in the cargo area?

Hi sorry it wont be the multispace i will be going for, just the van variant, no seats or windows in the back. The van can come with three seats in the front but the gear stick is badly in the way of the middle seat.

Oh, OK I see now. There are a number of those vans with three in the front on the streets in this part of the world. Seem to be fine carrying three folks up front.

From what I've seen it's close but for short rides not bad.

Yea it should be adequate for my needs! If they have a problem they can walk

Over here its almost accepted for people to sit in the back of vans, but NOT in my vehicle, NO SEATBELT NO SAIL!
