If it's under a warranty then I would definitely be talking with Trading Standards.
I'm sure that you mentioned when you bought it that the car would be used as a taxi and the salesman
did not suggest, at the time, that the vehicle was in any way unsuitable for that.
I also believe that no clutch should fail with such low mileage. I would think that the vehicle
is not fit for purpose.
