Doesn't look like Pod or Shakey. Perhaps his native France? Or Germany? He did run at Nitrolympics at Hockenheim last year.
Been looking for some performance figures.
Found a video on You Tube where he did a sub 9sec run...!

Oh yes!
Less than 9sec to cover 1/4mile.
Metric system has not caught up with Drag Racing yet.
With a probable terminal speed of about 160+ mph.
