Cheers, will have a look when I remember. It was getting it back where I used more force than was probably necessary. I gave it a good bash to get some of the clips to re-connect. Maybe a bit more finesse is needed.

A few clips have a slight angle, if the trim is inserted the right way then it should slot in with a gentle tap

I put in some LED bulbs from everybody's favourite auction site. I thought just one had gone but given the difference, possibly they'd all gone. Now I know where all the clips are, and the angle they're at, getting the cover on and off gently is easy. (Isn't that always the way with trim though? You have to break bits to work out how not to break it.)
