the usual wheeze is to bung a load in the tank and thrash it down the
motorway for a while.( drive it like you stole it sort of thing)
If you do a lot of town driving, the soot can really build up, so a jolly good
thrashing from time to time often helps burn it out.
Incidentally I've just ordered some Millers from Ebay
No idea if its snake oil or not but just playing the percentages
and throwing a tenner at the old thing.
Some folk swear by it and as I usually get supermarket fuel and
dont use the van a lot and when I do its usually local runs, It seemed worth
a try.
