If it's ONLY in the morning,it's probably the shoes/drums glazed.Clean all dust & crud(love that word) from drums/shoes.Make sure H/Brake & cyls are free,pivots are known to sieze.Deglaze drums & shoes with emery paper,linings should appear matt after cleaning.Good luck.
