Using the link provided the
   Make            year          pcd             offset       bore
Berlingo      96 on     4×108        15 to 18 65.1
  206     98 on    4×108       20 to 25 65.1
So If the offsets are worked out in mm? then a 5mm spacer would solve my problem?

Don't forget to get longer wheel bolt's as well and make sure the spacer's are hub centric  Smile

So will the 5 mm spacers be enough to correct the offset?

cut the bit of plastic off if it aint to large, I had a set of wheels that rubbed only over big bumps, cut of the bit and it was fine.
on the back of the 206 wheel it should say the ET, then work out the mm for spacers to get it to around 15-18, a propper set of quality hubcentric spacers and then new bolts are not cheap, you might have trouble with the 5mm spacers finding genuine bolts the right length, deeper hubcentric spacers like 20mm have two sets of bolts, one set to bolts the spacer to hub then you use the genuine ones the bolt to the spacer, if your bolting to a spacer it wants to be quality and hubcentric in my opinion
